Terms and conditions of use

    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through this online shop in accordance with French consumer law (Code de la consommation).

  2. Products and Prices

    3. Products available for purchase include event passes and merchandise related to the Ingress Paris Anomaly 2026. Prices are displayed in euros. As a non-profit association with non-commercial activity, sales are not subject to VAT. Prices may be updated at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of validation.

  3. Ordering

    4. Orders are placed through the online shop. You must provide accurate and complete information. An order is confirmed once payment is validated and you receive a confirmation email. The association reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or payment failure.

  4. Payment

    5. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are secured (see our Secure Payment page).

  5. Collection — No Delivery

    6. All orders are fulfilled by pick-up only. No postal or courier delivery is offered. Pick-up dates:

    • Pre-Party: Friday 21 August 2026
    • After-Party: Saturday 22 August 2026

    Orders not collected during the designated pick-up windows are considered forfeited and will not be refunded, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You may authorise another person to collect on your behalf; they must present a copy of your order confirmation.

  6. Right of Withdrawal

    7. Pursuant to Article L221-28 12° of the French Code de la consommation, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to event passes and tickets for leisure activities scheduled on a specific date.

    For physical merchandise items, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of collection by contacting pariswillbeblue@gmail.com. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, at your expense.

  7. Legal Warranties

    8. All products benefit from:

    • The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq., Code de la consommation) — 2 years from delivery.
    • The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq., Civil Code).

  8. Limitation of Liability

    9. The association's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including event cancellations imposed by public authorities.

  9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    10. These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
