Secure payment

  1. Accepted Payment Methods

    2. We accept payment by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards) processed securely through Stripe (stripe.com), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.

  2. Encrypted Connections

    3. All payment data is transmitted over an HTTPS connection using TLS encryption. The padlock icon in your browser confirms that your connection is secure.

  3. No Card Data Stored

    4. Card numbers, expiry dates, and security codes are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We are therefore unable to access your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

  4. 3D Secure Authentication

    5. Transactions may be subject to 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode / American Express SafeKey), which requires confirmation via your banking app or a one-time code. This adds an additional layer of protection against unauthorised use of your card.

  5. Fraud Prevention

    6. Our payment provider applies automated fraud-detection controls. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

  6. Refunds

    7. When a refund is due, it is credited to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
