    2. All orders are fulfilled exclusively via pick-up on location. We do not offer postal or courier delivery.

  2. Pick-Up Details

    3. Orders can be collected as follows:

    • Pre-Party: Friday 21 August 2026
    • After-Party: Saturday 22 August 2026
  3. Uncollected Orders

    4. Orders not collected during the designated pick-up dates and times are considered forfeited. We are unable to arrange alternative collection or postal delivery for uncollected orders. No refund will be issued for goods that were not collected, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. If you are unable to collect your order yourself, you may authorise another person to collect on your behalf. The authorised person must present a copy of your order confirmation.
